Circus City Festival-
July 14th-July 21st, 2007 -Join
us as we celebrate our Circus Heritage in
Peru with great family entertainment in the American
tradition. Experience the beautifully costumed young
performers who are so skilled that circus fans find it
hard to believe they are amateurs; enjoy the rides,
food, games and more on the main streets of Peru and for
the grand finale, Peru’s own Circus City Parade, one of
Indiana’s largest parades, and also the nation's
only circus parade. Parade date is July
21st, 2007, at 10:00am

Porter Festival-
June 8th-10th, 2007 - Come celebrate the
heritage of Cole Porter with the Miami County Historical
Society. Festival highlights the Midwest’s wide range
of restaurants and specialty food purveyors, and to
showcase the outstanding variety of musical talent and
outstanding arts educators in the area.
Heritage Days-
August 24th-26th, 2007 -A living history timeline event to
celebrate the history and heritage of Miami County.
Art, Food, Musical Entertainment, and reenactments.
Festival of Flight-
October 13th, 2007 -This unique family
festival held at the Grissom Air Museum, is packed with aviation related exhibits,
hands-on activities, flying demonstrations, tours,
veteran presentations, reenactors, music, and food.
